Dr Ashok (Ash) Chauhan completed his medical degree (MBBS) in 1998 in India and in 2005 became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Ash has been practising in general practice from 2003 in the Palm Beach/ Elanora area and is well known for his caring nature.

Dr Ash is a family man who always has a smile. he has a kind and calming nature, he enjoys spending his weekends on Burleigh beach, playing cricket with his boys or organising cultural events/ fundraisers to raise money for those in need.

Special interests: All aspects of General practice, Skin cancer/ Skin surgery, Mental health, Paediatrics, Antenatal, Chronic disease, Woman’s Health, Men’s Health, Pregnancy, Cosmetic injectables

Dr Paramjit Singh

Dr Singh started Prime Health Family Medical Centre with Dr Chauhan in 2012. Dr Singh received his Bachelor of Medicine in Indian 1990. In 2008 he completed his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of GPs.

Dr Singh’s enjoys many outdoor activities when he’s not working like cricket and soccer. He has a caring and easy going nature.

Dr Rajvinder (Raj) Kaur completed her medical degree in 1991 in India and in 2012  became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners.

Dr Kaur has been practising in general practice since 2005.

Dr Kaur also has extended her studies and is currently working with the Queensland health breast clinic on a weekly basis.

Dr Kaur has a strong female following in the palm beach area and is known for her hospitable and warm nature.

Dr Paul Buckingham graduated from the University of Queensland in 1973 and has worked in a variety of medical fields including General practice and anaesthetics.

Dr Buckingham has been with us since the beginning and is known for his kind nature.

Special interests: Emergency Medicine, Chronic Diseases and Men’s Health.

OBSTETRICS, GYNAECOLOGY AND MENTAL HEALTH

Dr Michelle Davis graduated from the University of Queensland in 1992 and has a vast experience in General practice and women health. Dr Davis has completed her Diploma in obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Dr Davis has been with us since the beginning and is known for her caring and compassionate nature.

Special interests: Women Health- Mirena insertion/removal, Pap smears, breast checks, pregnancy checks, Mental health.

Dr Mona Kaur

Dr Mona Kaur has worked in different areas of medicine including emergency medicine, surgery, orthopaedics and General Medicine before completing her fellowship in general Practice in 2014. She has a holistic approach to medicine

Dr Mona has completed Diploma in child health to further expand her knowledge in Paediatrics.

Special interests: Child health, women’s health including antenatal care and mental health

Dr Thomas Titus

CONSULTANT NEPHROLOGIST

Dr Thomas Titus did his MBBS and MD in General Medicine at Calicut Medical College, India in 1991. In 1993, he relocated to the United Kingdom, and took his MRCP in 1994.

He completed his specialist training in General Medicine and Nephrology from the teaching hospitals in Northern England and Oxford. He was working as a Consultant Physician in Boston, Lincolnshire before he relocated to Australia.

In 2007, he moved to the Gold Coast where he is now working as a Consultant Nephrologist at the Gold Coast University Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Nephrology at Bond University and is actively involved in clinical teaching.

Special interest: Diabetic renal disease, chronic kidney disease and transplantation.

Dr Christine Rogers

Christine graduated from the University of Queensland completing her RACGP fellowship in 1997.

She completed a Diploma in Practical Dermatology through Cardiff University in 2005 and a Diploma in Allergy in 2006 from the University of Southampton whilst working in UK dermatology outpatient clinics and general practice.

She continued this interest at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane completing the Masters in Skin Cancer Medicine at the University of Queensland in 2017. Christine is currently working every Wednesday at Prime Health Family Medical Centre.

Special interest: Skin Cancer Checks.

 Health Family Medical

The Prime Health Family Medical Centre is a community based medical practice that welcomes everyone.

It was founded by Dr Paramjit Singh and Dr Ashok Chauhan. The Prime Health Family Medical Centre opened on 15th May 2012.

Dr Paramjit Singh started the practice until
our full-time doctor and partner of the practice started on 18th June 2012.
